Fairly clean place & courteous and fast staff especially the doorman. Quiet and cosy room with double beds, zero work space plus great views as expected. A huge variety of appetising food at breakfast time.

The location is really convenient, located in a nice part of downtown with easy access to a market and convenience stores. the bed is super comfy, and the room is pretty spacious too. 😊.

The king room had a comfortable bed, fridge, climate control, and laptop safe, the location is historic and cozy near the city center with outdoor spaces and amazing views.

The room was big size and convenient when upgraded with to queen size beds and zero work space, as example. It had very central location close to Pershing Square.

The staff here is friendly, particularly the doorman, and they have a rooftop bar with wonderful city views, quiet rooms with comfortable double beds.

Very clean and friendly hotel in the heart of Downtown LA - offers excellent value for money

The pool and sundeck is in shade for most of the afternoon. Beaches are approx 1 hour away via bus.

The hotel is in the best possible location, close to everything and in a safe area. The room was reasonably large and beautiful, with a king bed and great views. There was zero work space, making it a brilliant stay for a short visit.

Would recomand to others. Quiet hotel located in a downtown area just next door to using the transit / subways to get to other areas around L, library for research, and nice restaurants. Beautiful building and rooms with 2 king beds. Variety of amazing food for meals.

The location here is fantastic—it's just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our double room came with central heating, an iron and ironing board, plus a flat-screen TV with cable channels. 🌟.

The hotel is clean, most of the staff is friendly. The best thing about this hotel is the manager and it is very safe

The Hotel itself is ok, when we arrived there, they had given the room we booked to someone else. Our flight was late but I did call and tell them that. I was traveling with 2 kids and 2 adults, and had booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each next to each other, . So for the first night they put us in 2 rooms with 1 king bed each. They next morning the gentleman at the front desk told me that it was impossible , due to the hotel was full, to get moved to the rooms we booked on the same floor. He was rude, but after talking to the manager, who was very nice and helpful, we were moved to 2 adjoinging rooms with the 2 queen beds. The lower level rooms are not up to standard but they were clean. Be careful on check in , they held 2300.00 total on a 900.00 total bill, it is there policy.
